At TSE eFootball Coin Shop BD, we provide digital gaming products and services such as eFootball, PUBG, Free Fire and other game top-ups. Due to the digital nature of our products, all completed and successfully delivered orders are generally non-refundable.

রিফান্ড পলিসি: TSE eFootball Coin Shop BD-তে eFootball, PUBG, Free Fire এবং অন্যান্য গেমের ডিজিটাল Top-Up ও সার্ভিস প্রদান করা হয়। ডিজিটাল পণ্য হওয়ায় কোনো অর্ডার সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে সাধারণত সেই অর্ডারের জন্য Refund বা টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।

Refund will only be considered if:

• Payment was successful but the ordered service was not delivered.
• The order could not be completed due to a technical problem from our side.
• A duplicate payment was made and verified by our team.

নিচের ক্ষেত্রে Refund বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে:

• পেমেন্ট সফল হওয়ার পরও অর্ডার করা সার্ভিস ডেলিভারি না হলে।
• আমাদের সিস্টেম বা টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার কারণে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করা সম্ভব না হলে।
• একই অর্ডারের জন্য অতিরিক্ত বা Duplicate Payment হলে এবং তা যাচাই করা হলে।

No Refund:

• ভুল Player ID, UID, User ID, Server বা Region দেওয়ার কারণে।
• সফলভাবে Top-Up বা Digital Product ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর।
• ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর Customer-এর মত পরিবর্তন হলে।
• Customer-এর Internet, Device, Game Server বা Account সমস্যার কারণে।
• ডেলিভারি করা Coins, UC, Points, Pack বা অন্য কোনো Digital Product ব্যবহার করা হলে।

রিফান্ডের জন্য: অবশ্যই Order ID, Transaction ID এবং সমস্যার বিস্তারিত তথ্যসহ আমাদের Support Team-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। প্রয়োজন হলে যাচাইয়ের জন্য Screenshot বা অতিরিক্ত তথ্য চাওয়া হতে পারে।

All refund requests are reviewed individually. TSE eFootball Coin Shop BD reserves the right to verify the payment, order and delivery status before approving any refund.

Note: Fraudulent, false or misleading refund claims may be rejected.
